    Solution:
    Dear Customer,

We think there is a problem with your Office/Windows installation which causes the button lose association with the running script. Please try to activate the special version which you can download from here by performing the steps below. This special version is a version which is prepared for our customers who live installation issues like you. If this version works ok, we can absolutely say that if you purchase the software and live the same problem, there is a solution which recovers from this situation.
Please try the attached version and let us know about the status...

Because this is a special edition for your case, please take a backup copy of your current advMassMailer.dll for using it in a case of problem.
Let's see the steps to activate special version attached. Please do not forget to close all programs before perfoming the steps below.

    1. First of all, locate the installation directory. If you've not changed default installation parameters while installing, your installation directory is "c:\program files\advMassMailer Evaluation". I assume that your installation directory is this. If not please replace every directory information with yours in the following steps.
    2. Copy the advMassMailer.dll from this directory to another directory on your computer (for backup purposes)
    3. Click Start/Run...  and type the following command to unregister the dll       regsvr32 -u "c:\program files\advMassMailer Evaluation\advMassMailer.dll"
    4. Try to delete advMassMailer.dll.
(If you can not delete, try repeating steps 3-4 several times. Sometimes it's required to unregister more than once. If you still fail deleting, restart your computer and try deleting again)
    5. After deleting old one, extract the new dll from the zip archive attached, to "c:\program files\advmassmailer Evaluation" directory
    6. Click Start/Run... and type the following command to register the new dll     regsvr32 "c:\program files\advMassMailer Evaluation\advMassMailer.dll"
    7. Start Outlook and check for functionality.
    8. Restart your Outlook and try again
    9. If it works, perform all of the steps that make old version fail.

I hope this version works. Please let us know about the status. If this attempt is unsuccessful, we'll try to find another solution.

    Best Regards
    Ali
